In Lutsk, law enforcement officers, according to the operational information received, detained a 45-year-old local resident. During the search, the man was found nine bundles with the narcotic substance cannabis, weighing about 500 grams.
At the place of residence of the detainee, law enforcement officers seized another 600 grams of drugs and capsules of unknown origin.
During the investigation, law enforcement officers identified three more young people aged 19, 20 and 23 involved in illegal activities, who were drug packers. The police seized one and a half kilograms of cannabis from them, “packaging” ready for transfer, electronic scales, devices for grinding and using prohibited substances, and packages for packaging.
It was established that the attackers sold drugs from hand to hand in the city of Lutsk and the Lutsk region. Monthly, the defendants sold up to five hundred doses and received an income of approximately UAH 150,000.
In total, about three kilograms of cannabis were seized, which, at black market prices, is 300,000 hryvnias. Prohibited substances sent for research.
